Goodness, I thought Fort Worth was hot….but its been hotter here the last few days. We have been doing our best to keep cool, but sometimes it just means jumping in the Jeep and running around checking out the area. We did that on Tuesday. This small community does have a lot of neat things. We only drove around for about an hour. Here are some of the pictures:
The Pronghorn in the last picture was taken yesterday, we were driving around and it ran in front of the Jeep. First one I have ever seen in the wild!
We have our time frame for getting back to Texas, will be there in about a month. I really cant wait to see everyone again! I miss Connie, Kathy, Susan, Irma, Kathy R. , Shaina, Dalunie, and all the rest of the girls at WalMart. The travels are fun, and next summer we are going to have them better planned out! I really don’t like staying a month at a time in one place. You see most stuff in a week or two. Cross your fingers for us that we have no problems on the way home, it would be nice to be able to get to our destination without something happening.
In fact, I am not sure we would know what to do if that happens!!
