Today we went and did

 

 

A bit of sightseeing, in Mineral Wells Tx.  We had to go see if we could find a part for the RV, water leak, but that is for another blog day.

National Viet Nam War Museum  Located about a mile from Mineral Wells, on highway 180 going towards Weatherford.

 

I can’t really put in words the feelings we had while walking around a bit, but I am going to insert pictures.  One of the hardest things for Terry was not looking at the names on the replica wall.  He tried, but it was so difficult not to look.

Today is the 70th anniversary of Battle of Midway, June 4th through 7th, and on June 6th will be the 68th anniversary of D Day.  I think we are waxing nostalgic today.
